This training will provide you with a better understanding of how to approach branding, maximize the company's online presence, how to leverage the customer buying process to increase sales, and strategies to improve customer service that will impact the bottom line. 12 hours course - 4 workshops Series 1: Branding 101 (3 hours) Series 2 Leveraging your customer buying process to increase sales (3 hours) Series 4 How to increase sales and retain customers by improving customer service (3 hours)

Each class will be on consecutive Mondays starting September 30th at 6 p.m. nightly.
